When we meet online to practice yoga once a day, I realised we leave it on the mat - we go about our day and forget that yoga isn’t just the poses we do but the practice of self awareness in each moment. This awareness & inner inquiry requires trust & slowing down.
This is why I was called to introduce this journey where you won’t just meet me once a week but will have access to audios and videos that you can listen to each morning & night as part of your personal practice.
We would also have an active Whatsapp group where each person would have accountability to share, ask & support one another.
For those with deeper traumas/issues that need addressing, 3 somatic release informed yoga videos would also be part of the journey so if you feel too triggered to practice in a group, you can always access those

1. Who is this program for? What will it do for me?
These classes are specially designed for those seeking deeper ways to approach yoga practice. The idea is to make yoga asana accessible through use of props & proper understanding of how a pose feels rather than how it looks. So whether you're someone who has struggled with a past injury, have a chronic physical or mental ailment/s - these classes are designed to accommodate everyone. We will focus on moving mindfully and build a practice which is both calming and energising.
2. I'm a beginner, can I attend the classes?
Absolutely! This course is for all level practitioners - if something is too difficult, I will be with you every step of the way to guide you, provide adjustments & prop ideas to make the sessions accessible. If you have never practiced yoga before this is a great starting point. If you are a seasoned practitioner, this course will help you dive deeper.
3. How are these yoga therapy sessions different from other online yoga classes?
This is a awareness journey - not just a yoga asana course. As a trained psychologist & yoga therapist, I'm trained to work with somatic release, trauma informed therapy & subtle nuances of using yoga as a way to dive deeper into your own patterns in your healing journey. If group classes make you conscious & personal sessions are are not financially viable for you, then this format of yoga therapy is the best way you can access your inner world, witness the thought pattern & discover a way to manage your physical & psychological health concerns.
