About Priyanjali

Priyanjali is a yoga therapist, sound healer and psychologist. With over a decade of personal practice & 7 years of teaching experience, she continues to explore various styles of yoga and meditation. 

She has a 200 hour TTC in Hatha yoga, a 300 hour Advanced TTC in Hatha & Ashtanga yoga. She is a post graduate in Behavioural psychology from Delhi University and has worked in the field of behavioural training & development, before switching to full time yoga therapy. She is also a certified yoga therapist and has certifications in sound healing, pre & post-natal yoga, Ayurvedic Marma therapy and Ayurvedic nutrition.

As a psychologist, she draws inspiration from mindfulness therapies and emotional intelligence theories, to teach yoga through emphasis on mind-body connection by using the breath. Yoga is the practice of mindful living – and this forms the basis of her practice and approach to teaching yoga.
